Say Sorry Policy
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Say Sorry. By accessing or using our website, apology card service,
love-related message pages, personalised links and other features, you agree to
follow these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting,
creating, sharing or sending any content through SaySorry.in.
1. About Say Sorry
Say Sorry is an online platform that helps users create apology messages,
personalised Sorry Cards and love-related message pages for partners, friends,
family members or loved ones. Our purpose is to support respectful, sincere and
meaningful personal communication.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using SaySorry.in or submitting any information through our forms, you confirm
that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, our
Privacy Policy, Safety Guidelines and other applicable policies displayed on the website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit content or use the relevant service.
3. Eligibility and Age Responsibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under 18 years of age,
you should use SaySorry.in only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use the platform to target, exploit, harass or collect personal information from a minor.
4. Types of Pages and Their Visibility
4.1 Sorry Cards
A submitted Sorry Card is not published immediately. It is first reviewed by the
Say Sorry team. If the card follows our content, safety and platform guidelines,
it may be approved and included on the public pages of SaySorry.in.
After approval, the complete Sorry Card may be publicly visible and searchable by
website visitors. Public display may include the apology message and any information
that you have chosen to show.
4.2 Love-Related Message Pages
Love-related message pages are shared through a unique link provided to the user.
These pages are not included in the Public Sorries section and are not made searchable
through the public website search.
A person who has the unique link may be able to open and view the page. You are responsible
for sharing that link only with the intended recipient or trusted persons.
Although these pages are not publicly listed by Say Sorry, we cannot control further sharing
if the recipient or another person forwards, copies, records or publishes the unique link or page content.
5. Email, Name and Location Privacy
- Your submitted email address is kept private and is not displayed on your public Sorry Card or love-related page.
- Your email may be used to provide the requested service, send your page or card link, manage your submission, provide support or communicate important service information.
- You may be given the option to show or hide your name.
- You may be given the option to show or hide your location.
- If you choose to display your name or location, that selected information may appear publicly after your Sorry Card is approved.
- Please do not enter sensitive personal details inside your message content, because the message itself may become visible according to the selected service.
6. Review, Approval and Moderation
Say Sorry reserves the right to review all submitted Sorry Cards and other content
before or after publication. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.
We may reject, hold, edit, hide, restrict or remove content that:
- Contains abusive, threatening, hateful, sexual, obscene, defamatory or illegal material.
- Includes harassment, blackmail, pressure, stalking or repeated unwanted communication.
- Reveals private, sensitive or identifying information without proper consent.
- Impersonates another person or contains misleading information.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, discrimination, illegal activity or dangerous behaviour.
- Contains spam, advertising, suspicious links, malware or unrelated promotional content.
- Violates intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
- Is considered unsuitable for the purpose, safety or reputation of the platform.
We are not required to provide a detailed reason for every rejection, moderation decision
or removal, although we may provide one where appropriate.
7. User-Submitted Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for all names, messages, images, locations, contact details and other
information you submit. You confirm that your submission is lawful, accurate to the best
of your knowledge and does not violate another person’s rights.

- Do not use the platform to contact someone who has asked you to stop.
- Do not submit passwords, financial details, government identification numbers, private addresses or other highly sensitive data.
- Use respectful, honest and appropriate language.
8. Permission to Process and Display Content
By submitting content, you give Say Sorry the limited permission required to store,
review, format, process, reproduce and display that content for providing the selected service.
For an approved public Sorry Card, this permission includes displaying the card on public
SaySorry.in pages and allowing website visitors to search and view it. For a love-related
page, this permission is limited to hosting and making the page accessible through its unique link.
You continue to remain responsible for the content you submit. This permission does not transfer
ownership of your original personal message to Say Sorry.
9. Content Removal or Correction Requests
If you submitted a card or page and want to request correction, hiding or removal, you may contact
Say Sorry through the official contact or content-removal process available on the website.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are the original submitter, affected person
or authorised representative before taking action. Removal from our website may not remove screenshots,
copied content, forwarded links or content already shared by other users or third parties.
10. No Guarantee of Delivery, Response or Reconciliation
Say Sorry helps users express apology, regret, affection or other personal feelings. We do not guarantee
that a message, card or link will be opened, delivered, accepted or answered by the intended recipient.
We also do not guarantee forgiveness, reconciliation, renewed communication, relationship improvement
or any particular emotional or personal outcome.
11. Respect, Consent and Personal Boundaries
The recipient has the complete right to ignore, refuse or stop communication. You must respect personal
boundaries and must not repeatedly send cards, links or messages when communication is unwanted.
Say Sorry must not be used as a replacement for professional legal, medical, mental-health,
counselling or emergency support.
12. Paid Services and Payments
Some card designs, themes, downloads, delivery options or other features may require payment.
The applicable price and included features will be shown before payment.
- You are responsible for providing correct billing and payment information.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Prices, features and availability may change from time to time. Any change will not normally affect
a completed purchase unless required by law, security or technical necessity.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed on SaySorry.in.
Because personalised or digital services may be prepared or delivered quickly, some purchases may
become non-refundable after generation, approval, download, delivery or access.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Service Availability and Technical Limitations
We try to keep SaySorry.in available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted,
error-free or permanent availability. Maintenance, hosting problems, network failures, third-party
services, security issues or other external factors may affect the service.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue any feature when reasonably necessary.
15. Unique Links and Link Security
Unique links should be treated as private sharing links. Anyone who receives or obtains the link
may be able to view the associated page. Do not publish or share the link where unintended persons
can access it.
Say Sorry is not responsible for access caused by a user or recipient forwarding, posting,
copying or otherwise exposing a unique link.
16. Intellectual Property
The Say Sorry name, logo, website design, code, page structure, original graphics, platform features
and original website content belong to Say Sorry or their respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our platform
or original content without prior written permission.
17. AI-Generated or Suggested Content
Say Sorry may provide automatically generated, assisted or suggested message content.
Such content is provided as a drafting aid and may not always be accurate, suitable,
complete or appropriate for your personal situation.
You must review and edit any generated message before using or sending it. You remain
responsible for the final wording and for ensuring that it is respectful, lawful and appropriate.
18. Third-Party Services and External Links
SaySorry.in may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, analytics, email delivery,
payment processing or external websites. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Say Sorry is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices or actions
of independent third-party services.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Say Sorry will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, emotional, reputational, relationship-related or consequential loss arising from the use,
misuse, sharing, non-delivery, publication or removal of a card, message, page or unique link.
You use the platform and communicate with recipients at your own discretion and responsibility.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses,
costs or liabilities arising from your submitted content, misuse of the service, violation
of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
21. Suspension or Restriction of Access
We may block, suspend or restrict access to the platform when we reasonably believe that a user is
abusing the service, violating these terms, creating safety risks, attempting fraud or interfering
with the website’s operation.
22. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions or modify our services from time to time. Updated terms
will be posted on this page. Continued use of SaySorry.in after an update means that you accept
the revised terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be
subject to the jurisdiction stated by Say Sorry or its operating entity, subject to applicable law.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. No Waiver
If Say Sorry does not immediately enforce any provision of these terms, that does not
mean the provision is waived or that we lose the right to enforce it later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy,
Safety Guidelines and other policies displayed on SaySorry.in, form the agreement
governing your use of the platform.
