and is never displayed on a public Sorry Card or love-related page.
-

and related advertising technologies. Google and its advertising partners may use
cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.
Where required, visitors can review, accept, reject or manage available consent choices.

1. Information We Collect
When you use Say Sorry, we may collect information that you voluntarily submit through
our forms. This may include sender name, receiver name, message content, location,
email address, selected visibility preferences and other information needed to create
or deliver your personalised page or card.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information only to provide, manage and improve our services. It may be used for:
- Creating personalised Sorry Cards and love-related pages.
- Generating and providing a unique page link.
- Helping your message reach the intended person.
- Reviewing submitted Sorry Cards before public approval.
- Displaying approved Sorry Cards on public pages.
- Managing submitted requests through a control panel.
- Improving website experience, safety and service quality.
3. Email Privacy, Name and Location Choices
Your email address is used only for service-related purposes, such as managing your
submission, providing relevant communication or helping deliver the requested service.
Your email address is kept private and is not displayed publicly.
When creating a Sorry Card, you may be given the option to show or hide your name and
location. The public card will follow the visibility choices selected by you at the time
of submission. You should review these choices carefully before submitting your card.
4. Public Sorry Cards and Review Process
A submitted Sorry Card is not published immediately. It is first reviewed by the Say Sorry
team to check whether the content is appropriate, respectful and suitable for the platform.
After approval, the complete Sorry Card page may be included on the public sections of
SaySorry.in and may be searchable by website visitors. The card may include the submitted
message and any name or location details that you have chosen to make visible.
We may reject, edit, hold or remove a submission that contains abusive, unlawful, harmful,
misleading, sensitive or inappropriate content, or content that violates our policies.
Approval only confirms that the card is suitable for display on the platform; it does not
verify or endorse every statement made in the submitted message.
5. Private Love-Related Pages and Links
Messages, proposals and other pages created through love-related features are handled
differently from public Sorry Cards. For these pages, Say Sorry provides a unique link
that you can share with the intended person.
These love-related pages are not displayed on our public pages, are not included in the
Public Sorries listing and are not made searchable through the website's public search.
However, anyone who receives or obtains the unique link may be able to open the page.
You are therefore responsible for sharing the link only with people you trust.
6. Content Review and Moderation
We may review user-submitted content to maintain a respectful and safe platform. Content
may be rejected or removed if it includes threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation,
illegal activity, impersonation, confidential information or another person's sensitive
data without proper permission.
