SaySorry Process Video Transcript
Step 1: Open the Say Sorry creation page. Start
by choosing the person for whom you want to create the apology.
Step 2: Add the requested details carefully.
Correct names and relationship information help the final card
feel personal rather than generic.
Step 3: Write your apology in your own words.
Mention the specific mistake, accept responsibility and avoid
blaming the other person.
Step 4: Review the message before creating the
card. Check names, spelling and any private details you included.
Step 5: Generate the personalised sorry card and
share it privately through the communication method that is
appropriate for your relationship.
Privacy reminder: Do not include passwords,
financial information, private addresses or sensitive details
that should not appear in a shared apology.
What to Do If the Sorry Card Does Not Open
Refresh the Creation Page
Reload the page once and enter the information again if the form
was left open for a long time.
Check Required Fields
Make sure every required field is complete and that the apology
message is not empty.
Use a Current Browser
Open SaySorry in an updated version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or
Firefox. Temporarily disable an extension only if it is blocking
the form or the generated card.
Share the Card Privately
Test the generated link before sending it. Share it directly with
the intended person rather than posting personal apology details
publicly.
